Confirming Registered Sessions

Agree

After a Senior has registered for your Connection Session, you will see the confirmation screen “Agree to join the Connection Session” as shown below.

To confirm your participation in the Connection Session, after clicking “Agree”, please pay attention to the Session information and send any notes to the Senior if needed before clicking “Accept session.”

Denied

In case you are unable to join the Session booked by the Senior, you can decline the Session by following the instructions below:

The SeniorBuddy receives a notification that the Senior has booked a Session.

View the details of the notification and select “View Session”.

You select “Denied”. Then, choose the reasons (illustrated) and click “Reject session” to complete the process.

You can check the confirmation email for successfully declining the Session.
