If you notice that a SeniorBuddy’s profile violates the community standards, you can report it directly through the app. The TECD team will review your report and take appropriate action.

Report via TECD App

Go to the TECD app

On the Home screen, select the session you had with the SeniorBuddy you want to report.

Open the SeniorBuddy’s profile

Inside the session page, click on the SeniorBuddy's avatar/logo to open their information panel.

Click “Report”

When the information panel appears, scroll down and tap the “Report” button in the lower right corner.

Choose the report reason & provide details

In the “Report Violation” window:

• Select the reason for reporting (e.g., misinformation, sensitive content, inappropriate language…).
• Write a detailed explanation so the admin team can support you effectively.
  

Click “Submit Report.”

Successful submission

After submitting, a green notification will appear confirming your report has been received.

Report via TECD Website

Go to “My Sessions”

Visit https://tecd.kambria.io/. Click “My Sessions” to view your sessions

Select the session

Find the session of the SeniorBuddy you want to report, then click on that session.

Open the SeniorBuddy’s information

Inside the session page, click on the SeniorBuddy’s avatar/logo to open their information panel.

Click “Report”

When the information panel appears, scroll to the bottom-right and click the “Report” button.
