Overview: Two Streams of Involvement

STREAM 1 – DEP 2 Amplification (Compulsory)

Stream 1 is program-integrated, campaign-focused, and mandatory.

Purpose: Amplify DEP 2 visibility and ensure consistent ecosystem-wide communication.

Scope: Focused on resharing official DEP 2 content during each phase.

Commitment: Partners commit to resharing a minimum of 3 posts per phase, including:

• 1 mandatory post (clearly indicated by Kambria)
• 2 selected posts from a suggested content list

The suggested list:

• Will be updated weekly as content is planned
• Allows partners to choose posts aligned with their audience
• Can be reshared anytime before the phase ends

Nature of Contribution

• Support program awareness and visibility
• Help drive traffic and engagement to DEP 2 initiatives
• Act as an ecosystem amplifier through existing community channels

STREAM 2 – DAO-Specific Media Support (Optional, Highly Encouraged)

Stream 2 is DAO-driven, collaboration-based, and optional.

Purpose: Provide deeper, DAO-level media exposure and storytelling support.

Scope: Case-by-case collaboration with individual DAOs.

Commitment: Partners may choose to support DAO teams through

• Feature articles
• Interview coverage
• Event media support
• Community spotlights

If a partner opts into Stream 2:

• DAO members will be notified
• Interested DAOs will propose a collaboration plan
• DAO Facilitators (DFs) will coordinate introductions and support alignment

Flexibility Mechanism: If a partner participates in both Stream 1 and Stream 2, Stream 1 commitment is reduced to 1 mandatory post per phase

Deliverables Summary

Mandatory Deliverables (Stream 1 – DEP 2 Amplification)

Partners are required to:

• Reshare 3 posts per phase

  • 2 selected posts from suggested list
• Join the Kick-off Event
• Join the Onboarding Sync Meeting
• Submit End-of-Phase Report & Feedback Form

Extended Deliverables (Stream 2 – DAO-Specific Media Support)

Partners may choose to:

• Provide media coverage or storytelling support for a DAO (case-by-case coordination)
• Collaborate on feature content, interviews, or event support
• Reduce Stream 1 commitment to 1 mandatory post per phase when actively supporting a DAO
