As DEP 2 continues through the Call for Applications & Partners phase, we are grateful to be joined by partners who bring grounded community experience, practical expertise, and a shared commitment to meaningful social impact. DEP 2 is designed to collaborate with Community, Expertise, and Regeneration Partners through community engagement, knowledge sharing, and support for long-term impact.

Representative: Gibrilla Sesay
A Sierra Leone-based nonprofit committed to improving the lives of marginalized children, families, and communities through education, healthcare, social welfare, and sustainable development. In DEP 2, Heart of Home Foundation joins as a Community & Expertise Partner, bringing grassroots perspectives in inclusion, child support, community-based development, and social impact.

Representative: Dr. Amit Saha
An organization offering training, research, and consultancy in sustainable rural development, agriculture, gardening, dairying, and livelihood systems. In DEP 2, FoGS joins as a Community & Expertise Partner, contributing knowledge in sustainability, rural livelihoods, food systems, and practical pathways for socio-economic development.

Representative: Michelle Menez
A women-led circular construction and design team in the Philippines that transforms decommissioned shipping containers and industrial assets into modular homes and community infrastructure. In DEP 2, Container Living PH joins as an Expertise Partner, contributing insights in circular economy, climate resilience, sustainable construction, and community-centered design.

Representative: Michael Bala Opodi
A grassroots, community-based organization in Kisumu County, Kenya, working to advance social justice, human rights, accountability, and civic education for marginalized communities. In DEP 2, Manyatta B joins as a Community Partner, helping strengthen community engagement, amplify local voices, and connect DEP 2 with justice-centered grassroots realities.

🩺 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄

Representative: Larry Joy Chidinma

Operating through AJU-Students Health Outreach since May 2023, The Larry Joy Initiative is a community-based organization in Cross-River State, Nigeria, dedicated to improving health outcomes for children in underserved communities. Through school health education, WASH support, period stigma interventions, and community-based needs assessments, the organization works closely with teachers and school administrators to build healthier and more inclusive school environments. In DEP 2, The Larry Joy Initiative joins as a Community Partner, bringing valuable experience in child health education, health literacy, hygiene promotion, and sustainable grassroots interventions.
