As DEP 2 gradually concludes its onboarding journey, members recently gathered to reflect on progress, refine proposals, and prepare for the transition into implementation.

This Meeting enabled DAO Groups to showcase their proposals, collect final community feedback, and refine their plans ahead of the upcoming vote, while also promoting projects and inviting potential volunteers. Here's a recap of what happened during the Sync Meeting:

The session marked the transition from onboarding to execution, aligning all DAOs on proposal submission, voting, and funding workflows through XDAO. Members revisited key milestones, governance processes, and blockchain-based operations while reflecting on their onboarding experiences. Discussions also emphasized strengthening active participation, enhancing DAO execution capacity, and ensuring readiness for the upcoming implementation phase.

Each DAO presented its proposal and received valuable feedback from DAO Facilitators to further strengthen execution readiness.

  • CCD shared its vision of preserving and amplifying local cultures through decentralized collaboration and regional partnerships.
  • ED introduced its peer-to-peer learning ecosystem designed to facilitate meaningful knowledge exchanges and sustainable learning pathways.
  • KTD showcased its ambition to develop reusable governance frameworks, operational tools, and infrastructure for decentralized communities.
  • PPD presented its mission to promote cyber safety and digital literacy for children through community-driven educational initiatives.

Across all sessions, DAO Facilitators highlighted strengths, identified areas for refinement, and encouraged members to continue improving proposal alignment, accountability mechanisms, and regeneration readiness.

Members reflected positively on their onboarding experiences, highlighting personal growth, cross-cultural collaboration, leadership development, and self-directed learning. They also acknowledged challenges related to coordination and time management while celebrating the strong sense of ownership and community built throughout the journey.
