𝐃𝐀𝐎 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝟐 – 𝐊𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐩

On May 22, 2026, Kambria officially launched the onboarding journey for DEP 2 – bringing together DAO Facilitators and 60 selected participants from around the world to begin a new phase of decentralized collaboration and community-driven impact.

🚀 The Event went through 5 key sessions:

 🔹 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
Participants explored DEP 2 workflows, DAO governance, collaboration principles, proposal systems, and key tools including XDAO, MetaMask, Discord, and shared working spaces.

DAO Facilitators discussed expectations, deliverables, governance structures, and how DEP 2 encourages multidisciplinary collaboration, experimentation, and meaningful participation.

 🔹 𝐃𝐀𝐎 𝐃𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Cultural & Creative DAO, Exchange DAO, KAT Tokenomics DAO, and Participant-Proposed DAO Facilitators introduced initial Working Groups, goals, work plans, and upcoming milestones while Members shared their motivations and aspirations for joining the program.

 🔹 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬
Through quizzes and reflections, participants revisited key DEP 2 insights while sharing words like “Collaborative”, “Optimistic”, and “Empowered” to describe their first impressions of the journey ahead.

The Event also marked the beginning of proposal development, onboarding sync meetings, and upcoming DAO voting phases throughout June 2026.
