🌍 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲: 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 – 𝐂𝐂𝐃

As DEP 2 moves through the onboarding phase, the 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 & 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐀𝐎 (𝐂𝐂𝐃) is already coming alive through the people joining it. From 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐆𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐢, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐫𝐚𝐪, CCD members bring a rich mix of experiences in 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚, 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

What stands out is not only their diversity, but their shared energy: a strong desire to 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. Some members are already experienced in DAO-style ecosystems and community operations, while others are just beginning their DAO journey with curiosity, creativity, and openness to grow. Together, they reflect what CCD is becoming — a space where different backgrounds meet around a common purpose: using culture and creativity to create meaningful impact.

From sustainable storytelling and environmental advocacy, to youth governance, digital media, graphic design, research, people operations, and AI learning, each member adds a unique perspective to the collective. And that is what makes this phase so exciting: onboarding is not only about joining a program, but about 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬.
